The guy is actually pretty smart. He obviously only preyed on little girls that were with their mother. If he would have tried that with any father with an 8 and 10 year old daughter, he wouldn't have had a chance to leave the store before the police arrived. He would've been leaving in the back of an ambulance. Glad to see the security at Target was right on top of things. Have a man attempt to lure a child and you let him out of the store before police arrive, nice job. In an odd showing of moral, you will find that most inmates in prison that have commited a crime of their own, have no tolerance for child molestors.
