Still, NOBODY would want to spend 5 weeks in jail. It wasn't 5 weeks in Tahiti, I can assure you of that.

He's really lucky LBC gave him his job back.

If he was employed he could have lost his job, after all I don't think 5 weeks incarceration qualifies under FMLA.

I think this guy should be compensated for his lost wages and also for pain and suffering by all parties involved in making this mistake.After all,if anyone else makes a mistake,you more than likely are held responsible for your mistake,I see no difference in this case.Let the people own up to their mistake,see if they are man enough to do so.This poor guy will live with this the rest of his life!
