Welcome to Lancaster County, We are "FOR SALE"

Disgusting.

Does this mean I can operate an illegal Whiskey still for years and then later ask for a variance to make me legal?
How the stenographer being forced to stop recording is not illegal boggles my mind.

Later,
Muto ...............Has 2 cats, both from shelters.

I had a Judge do it to me, while he instructed me as to what I was going to say!!

Abogado (Lawyer): I find it unfortunate that the same author always covers the same issues with the exact same slant.

These days accusations of "bias" and "slant" tend to appear when accurate coverage of events makes someone feel uncomfortable with their viewpoints or actions.
In truth, Lindt's coverage is the essence of local news reporting: Attending boring meetings, asking important questions, quoting public officials, providing the backstory that only a reporter well-versed in the topic can, and educating residents about events in their region.
Asking a reporter to give up covering stories that he or she has developed expertise in is like asking an experienced train driver to hand over the locomotive to a novice.
The results are negative for everyone except those with a financial interest in avoiding public exposure that makes them look incompetent or in violation of laws.

Making personal attacks on me shows that you have very little to work with.
There is a difference between mills and kennels. Just because you change the name doesn't make it so.
If you really want to make a difference why don't go after the pet stores that sell the puppies?? Or haven't you thought that far? There is a vast difference between a good kennel and a puppy mill.

many anti puppy mill groups have already did that. Its common knowledge by now that most pet store puppies come from mills.

Just because it has been done before doesn't make it legal. I am sure that what occurred in this public meeting was a violation of sunshine laws since the actions of the meeting weren't being recorded. It also would indicate that this happens all the time in Colerain Township zoning meetings. What else gets discussed "off the record" during the course of a public zoning meeting? If I lived there I would be very concerned about that, not just in regards to illegal dog-breeding operations, but also development requests, etc.
