Question ? Man marries woman (this is ok , that is what the state wants). What happens when man changes sex to a woman, changes name to a womens, dress' as a woman, but still has penis. What kind of marriage is this ? is it legal?
How would the state handle this ?

lol.... depends on how one defines men and women. If we consider a man as a homosapien with a mature penis that makes sperm then yes it would still be a legal marriage. However, if we define that type of behavior as not being manly. Then no he is not a man and therefore would be forced to get a divorce. Your example is why they need to define exactly what makes a man and woman. Let's not leave it up to activist judges.

Keep trying....every child NEEDS a mother and a father!

No, LDB every child needs a loving stable home. This isn't always provided just by having a mother and father. That is a huge over simplification.

I think we have pretty well beat this thing to death, we will probably have to agree to disagree on many issues. Please understand that I'm not out to hurt your feelings or accuse you of being a bad or unsuccessful parent, I just think children can and do benefit from having both a mother and a father, you see it otherwise and that's ok with me.

PS I don’t want to add to your lesbians angst……..just kidding

I don't have lesbian angst! But if I did you would add to it!
My only angst is that people can not see that we really aren't that different.
