What is the point to stealing a cell phone? Any calls made, and the numbers can be traced. Unless maybe the purpose is to keep the victim from calling the police right away?

I'm sure they all bought their guns at a gun show so we need to hurry and close that "loophole"...oh wait, they probably didn't. Well...ummm...then they must have used "assault weapons" let's outlaw them too...oh...umm...no, they didn't use them either. Uhhh...then...oh, I got it...lets put serial numbers on all of the shells so we can track them. No...they didn't fire a shot, that won't work either. Oh..Oh...I know. Let's pass a law requiring all LAW ABIDING citizens to report their firearms stolen, that would have surely stopped this. Well, now that I think about it, it wouldn't have (at least it would have gotten the law abiding citizens arrested should the guns have not been reported YAY). Better yet, lets make it illegal for someone to discharge a firearm in the city. I'm SURE that if these thugs would have listened to THAT law...I mean, why wouldn't they. Well, even if they didn't, at least the guy with the legal firearm could have stopped it. No...wait...he couldn't have because then HE would have been arrested. So what gun law COULD Rendell and Gray pull out of this to get another photo op. Maybe they'll try and enforce the hundreds of laws ALREADY on the books. Nope, probably not that either because THEN we're talking sense.
