Strasburg railroad, PA Train museum, Landis Valley, Ephrata Cloisters, Lititz. These are just a few places off the top of my head.

You forgot the amish! I had a friend come in to visit from Pittsburgh. We checked out the amish sites on 30E! We ate at Millers Smorgasboard and shopped at the Outhouse - that place was a riot!

If you truly want to see Amish scenery then Rt 30 East is a joke.
Driving around Strasburg, Georgetown, Nickel Mines or north and east of Ephrata will give you more Amish culture and scenery than Rt 30E.
