A lot of people are being ruthless and down right ignorant. If you weren't there that night, keep your snide remarks to yourself. You have no right to judge him.

Again...it's the actions and decisions made that were being scrutinized, not him as an individual. If I'm understanding your wording correctly, it's ruthless and ignorant to talk his actions while his decisions should be off limits because family members can see this? That makes you a pretty insensitive person by your own logic, wouldn't you say? If I made these same decisions, why in God's name would I feel like it couldn't be discussed in a news forum if I ended someone's life or my own? I think it's fair to say and easy to understand that a good amount of people have had it up to here with drunk driving and the tragedies that they can produce.

I never understand this quasi-psychotic twisting of what's right and wrong to the point of someone actually typing what I just broke down above.

Just to let everyone know it was a male thrown from the car not a female. Also woody had a 7 month old daughter not son. Woody is my cousin and he is truely loved and missed. He was changing his life around this past year to better himself. All of you for screaming about him drinking and driving and speeding need to find out the real story instead of making accusations. Woody was not driving his car he was driving the 21 year olds car because she was to intoxicated to drive. The reason he lost control of the car was because when he went to pass the car the other car decided to speed up and when he got over into the other lane he was either getting hit by the car or going off road. I am not defending anyone. Everyone is right he shouldnt have been drinking and driving and he also should not have been speeding but also the girl who owned the car had the responsability to not let him drive knowing his license was suspended. It truely was a horrible day for everyone. But there is nothing that can be done now. It already happened everyone can wish and wish that he didnt do it or bug out about it and say he shouldnt have done it but the decision was made and now he is gone. There is nothing anybody can do about it. So instead of everyone saying he is dumb and saying that you hate people like that should get over it. Theres nothing you or anyone else can do to change it. He's gone forever and we all wish we could bring him back.

WE LOVE YOU WOODY!!! can't wait to see you again!

this is to all you maybe people out there, maybe this, maybe that

maybe you all should go back to school and learn how to comprehend
what you are reading not just looking at it.

it was stated in the repoting of this accident:

"ALCOHOL WAS INVOLVED"

OK I UNDERSTAND THAT IT SAYS ALCOHOL WAS INVOLVED BUT GUESS WHAT THAT DOESNT MEAN HE WAS DRUNK... THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE CAR COULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY TRASHED. JUST BECAUSE IT SAYS ALCOHOL WAS INVOLVED DOESNT POINT THE FINGER AT THE DRIVER

Whatever happened to making YOURSELF responsible for not driving on a suspended license, no matter whose car it is?

RIGHT
Its appearant these young people were not social drinkers
they drank alcohol to get "BOMBED" and once they acchived this state
they had no idea how to function normally
so who was going to stop who from doing anything none of them
the passengers are lucky to be alive today
