no the case isn't closed, he is an amishman and doesn't have a car so he does what he can to be a productive member of society. everyone on the bus likes him because of his cheerful countenance and happy demeanor. i am certain his employer found him a valued member of his company.
how hard is it not to hit a guy walking, riding a bike, or riding a scooter.
al least while sober.

first he is not an idiot, i would think the guy who hit him is the idiot, unless he was drinking at the legion all night in which case he is a moron not an idiot.
second scooters are allowed on 322 so mr. stolfus had the right to be there.
third most of his scootering was on hahnstown road not 322. he caught the bus at walmart so please look at the map....

Well said, they seem to lack common sense, they must by now realize that cars are going to hurt them. Its almost like they don't care and are going to do what they want no matter what.
