Well Well finally some answers. The mail came today and it was filled with information on the MT commissioners.

I can not believe the green sign people are still slinging the same mud. When are they going to give facts rather than opinions.

The Republicans raised some serious concerns and I am not sure what to think.  Does anyone have anymore information about these financial implications.

Oh yeah I got this voters guide too It talked about past voting records and was informative. Now I see why some feel they need to defend Flanagan's seat because without him the developers will be out in the cold along with Simpson and Downing.

Well, believe it! Those green-signed Flanagan supporters have to hide his crystal clear pro- higher density voting record behind a diversion; personal attacks and lib-speak against those that don't agree with the current commissioner majority.

Someday voters will figure out this election campaign strategy .... I hope it's before the county is completely paved over!

Exaggeration about 50' tall apartment buildings cropping up in Manheim Township neighborhoods as a result of Mike Flanagan's August 25th swing vote? Either you are misinformed or you are another campaign worker for Flanigan, Martin, and Bohan whose only platform is spreading lies and launching personnal attacks. Read for yourself .......

Voting in Favor of changing zoning to allow 50' Apartments upon residentially zoned property in residential MT neighborhoods on August 25th, 2008;
In favor - Flanagan, Simpson, Downing
Against - Keebler, Casselbury

Holy cow I just read enough of this stuff to realize that those green and white sign guys really do believe that 50' tall apartment buildings should be built where ever residential lots are available, thanks guys now I feel an overwhelming urge to vomit.

I am voting for Martin, Bohan, and Flannigan because I know that they have lived in the township for decades. They have raised families in MT and I believe they have the best interests of the Township at heart.

Are the higher taxes caused by Flanagan's, Martin's and Bohan's intentions to increase density truly in the "best interests" of township residents?

Higher Density = Higher Taxes. Here's a well-presented example showing the math, by lee41.
