God Bless the little girl! But here is the problem. The blacks and Puertoricans know who these gang bangers are right now. But they protect them from the police. If the people of those communities worked aggresively with the police, Lancaster would get safer in a month.
They know who is dealing drugs and where they live...
And thanks to our liberal courts we have hog tied the police.

This tragic incident was not a race crime. It was one gang going after another gang.

If the shooter was white, would it have been a race crime? If the victim was white, would it have been a race crime? Clearly not. The shooter was protecting "territory" he neither owned, earned or had any legal right to possess. Yet, in the mind of his peers, he thought he had every right to take something he has no right to possess. It's called stealing, and he is stealing from you and me. Therefore, we prosecute anyone who claims they "own" a street corner for grand theft of real property? Make it a felony conviction. Clean the streets.

He and his "gang" of morons need to be rounded up and shipped off...the nearest cliff.

IF THE SHOOTER OR THE VICTIMS WERE WHITE IT WOULD OF NOT BECOME A RACE CRIME BUT BECUSE THE SHOOTER WAS BLACK TRYING TO POSSESS SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT HIS, AN INNOCENT LITTLE ANGEL GOT KILLED. LET TRY TO FOCUS OF THE LITTLE GIRL FAMILY AND WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH AND STOP MAKING THIS ABOUT RACE, ITS NOT ABOUT RACE ITS ABOUT THE LIFE OF A LITTLE GIRL AND BECAUSE OF THE ACTION OF THIS SHOOTER HER LIFE WAS TAKEN AWAY.
