Oh Brother! Just because you say things enough times doesn't make them magically true. Same old. This stuff has gone past beating a dead horse into beating a dead herd of horses and throwing in a dead elephant to boot. Why don't your candidates actually start speaking intelligently about the future of the township instead of hauling out the old moldy character assassinations. People aren't falling for your grand conpiracy theories anymore. It doesn't elevate you it just points out your obsessions that seem to have no validity except in your own minds.

But if thats the way you want to roll, go ahead. How many more years will you try to pawn off your wishful thinking as fact.
The candidates are getting their messages out since you are commenting on an article that is obviously about the above. Please tell the audience: Which accusations are false?!

Our fair share could be met at 1/acre. I'm not advocating that, but the ag holding land will only provide for our fair share of growth over the next 50 years if it only goes at about 100 acres every 5 years. The TND overlay would have let it all go at once.

And the point the planners keep forgetting is that when residents say they want to preserve farmleand, they mean the one next to them, not way across 283.

That means the only way you'll ever get dense housing passed (without a revolution) is with adjacent green space aka Veranda and other NDO's. You might get gross density of 6 per acre, but only with enough green space to bring the net density down to 3.5
He's a nice guy and most of the people I've heard from love his stand on future development. Quite frankly though, the fact that you (and you high density zealot friends) support him is probably reason enough to vote the other way.

Did you just call me zealot?

Your comment has crossed the line. What an outrageous, nasty thing to say and completely untrue.

Where did Russel come from? I don't recall ever seeing him at any meetins until recently, after he decided to run and then has only attended two. Is he truly aware of the peoples concerns? I seriously doubt it.

How many of us live in EHT? Until each candidate personally visits and speaks with every homeowner then neither have any idea of what the residents want! Not everyone can attend the meetings and if one thinks they can then I'd have to say that they are oblivious. Shaw attending every meeting with for the most part the same people in attendance time after time, that means she knows what everyone in the twp. wants? I doubt it! She has no clue what I want along with thousands of others in the twp. that she has never met or spoken with.
