Two out of three isn't bad.
But the arrest of a third suspect in a burglary that occurred earlier this month in East Petersburg makes the prosecutor's case complete.
Matthew A. Rowley, 18, of South Ann Street, was charged Tuesday in a house burglary in the 6400 block of Lemon Street, police said.
During the afternoon of May 5, Manheim Township police were dispatched on a report of two suspicious males, wearing hooded jackets, going behind houses in the area. A third male was sitting in a parked car nearby.
Officers found a door to one of the homes had been forced open, and various items had been taken.
Arriving officers arrested the male in the vehicle, a 17-year-old juvenile, while the other two fled on foot.
One of the two runners, Jarred T. McGille-Myrie, 19, of 649 S. Anne St., was captured nearby by East Hempfield Township Police and charged with burglary and conspiracy.
The other man remained at large until he was charged this week, police said.
Rowley was charged by Detective Brian Freysz with burglary, conspiracy and theft. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Herman and committed to prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.
In a separate case, police have issued warrants for the arrest of Talman McCray, also known as Tony Epps, 55, of East Marion Street.
Police said McCray allegedly forged and deposited two counterfeit checks, worth $7,860, which were deposited on Feb. 17 at the Lancaster Mennonite Financial Federal Credit Union, 1532 Lititz Pike.
He later withdrew $5,800 before it was discovered that the checks were counterfeit, police said.
McCray has been charged by Detective Sgt. Keith Kreider with two counts each of forgery and theft by deception. A warrant now exists for his arrest.
