Perez, 19, allegedly pointed a gun at one of the delivery people and told another one he had a gun.
But the alleged holdup man did not emerge unscathed in the incidents.
One of the delivery men punched Perez after he was robbed, and another one struck Perez with his car before he could take anything, police said.
For his troubles, Perez allegedly got some cash, a cell phone and two chicken parmesan subs.
"He should probably consider changing careers," said city police Lt. Todd Umstead.
Manheim Township and East Hempfield townships and Lancaster city police all recently issued warrants for the arrest of Perez, whose last known address was on Hilton Drive in Lancaster.
Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest.
Perez and another man, whose identity is not known, allegedly held up the first pizza delivery person March 28 in East Hempfield Township.
The two are accused of approaching the Domino's Pizza delivery driver just before 10 p.m. in the 900 block of Corvair Road.
The pair displayed no weapon but got away with an undetermined amount of cash as well as the man's delivery: two chicken parmesan sub sandwiches.
The second pizza delivery holdup happened at 10:30 p.m. March 29 in Manheim Township.
Again, Perez and another unknown man allegedly approached the delivery person, this time as he got out of his car in the 200 block of Elizabeth Drive. Perez allegedly pushed something in the man's back and told him it was a gun, police said.
The two robbers took an undisclosed amount of cash and a cell phone from the delivery man.
The delivery man then punched Perez, and the other man fled, according to police. The delivery man then drove away.
In the third robbery, about 9 p.m. March 30, a Domino's pizza employee was called to make a delivery in the 400 block of East Mifflin Street, but when he got there he discovered the address did not exist.
Perez and another man allegedly started to approach the delivery man's car. Perez displayed a gun, police said.
The delivery man did not get out of his car but instead fled. As he did, he struck Perez with his car, police said. The nature of Perez's injury is not known.
Police do not know if the second man was the same person in all three robberies.
