If I was a sex offender, I'd deserve to be stoned.

I can see that there is a variety of opinions and i repect that.But i have to agree that his conviction of the originals charges of the offense where not described here and i have to say and with no shame he is my dad and i luv him very much.His life got caught up in something that we called money can do and buy anything,He got convicted beacuse his lawyer decided to make some extra money and set him up making him beleive everything was going to be alright.He never touched or molested a child cuz when the incident ocurred he was a man of God,and trying to teach honesty to a child he got charged with intent of comitting lasivic acts,never touched a child in any inappropiate way what so ever.Now i have to say everyone in this earth seem very good at pointing fingers until things like this ocurred to one of they're love ones then they try to sympathize.I know there is other predators out there who have committed mounstrous crimes against children and i agree they should be punished for such crimes but for failing to give an address he can be charged with up to life in prison, when right now their is hundreds of predators around neighborhoods without an address cuz even if they are homeless they have to report to the authorities,but that does not necesary mean they have to report an adddress,that is why this crimes are so hard to stop cuz the resources are very low and the way is manage is precarious but think about it without crime it wouldnt be no police force, so i recommend to all of you instead pointing fingers,look around and make sure you know who lives next to you,cuz may be that guy that looks so innocent can be one of the most wanted predators and u didnt even know it........ peace to all of you and punishment is good on the right ppl by the right hands.......

Oddly though, the website lists Ortiz as a white male. Maybe by census classification, but the website needs to do a better job with a true and more accurate description.
