I can accept the potential that Michael confront Jan and asked for a divorce and a fight followed. But I find it hard to accept Michael planned a murder. He had to know the emails would be found. He had to know he would spend big bucks for a defense and maybe be convicted. And he had to know win or lose in court his business would suffer big time as would his reputation. In short divorce is cheaper and safer.

And if this was not a planned murder I would expect there to be more hard evidence than what is present.

Therefore, I can't rule out a random murder. It happens. Look at the Chandra Levy case. She was having an affair with her Congressman boss, but as it turned out she was killed while walking in Rock Creek Park.

Also was there any indication of illegal drug use by Jan or Michael? Anyone involved in illegal drugs does have contact with people not of the most upright character. Was Jan's body even tested for the presence of drugs?

"She ruined so many of ours lives"???? What??? What about the morally bankrupt fraud that is sitting in jail accused of murder (and is guilty)?

I think Mike has as much or more responsibility in the whole affair issue.....and he is soley responsible for the murder of his wife. Your family is suffering because of the selfishness of Mike Roseboro, so place the blame where it belongs.

Now this is just my personal opinion, but it sure sounds good to me...a woman can flaunt and flirt all she wants, she can bat her eyes, and wiggle her booty in front of a man, she can tease, she can tempt, and she can do everything within her power to get that man into her bed BUT (and thats a big but) it is NOT an affair until the man takes the bait. Now, like I said, that is just my opinion but thats based upon years of watching people. I have seen women literally "throw" themselves at married men in the hopes of getting something started but if that married man walks away...no affair. So, I agree, the blame falls squarely on the shoulders of good old Michael himself....he just couldn't walk away, and I can't for the life of me figure out why. In any case, he fell for the seduction and got caught up in a really messy, sticky web and now...well I guess a jury will decide. And after reading what some of those emails said I just think its down right disgusting the way these two acted....like a pair of horny, hormone ravaged teenagers....disgusting AND embarrassing!!!!!! I truly feel for the family who has to sit through hearing of all this crap!!!!!!!

Hey...take it easy on Chulo.... they are obviosly a close family member! I think what Chulo is trying to express is that Mike and Jan and the kids had a family unit and this outsider (Angie) came in from the outside and offered the bait and Michael took it....( haven't met a man yet that will say "No" to a woman offering extramarital sex)...... sorry Chulo for your pain and hardship and you are an innocent party here. It is never an easy thing to endure a criminal trial of a loved one, especially if you are still standing behind Michael's innocence. Chulo is trying ot express that life as they knew it has changed since this woman walked into Mike's life, participated in immoral acts and now walks back into her married life as if nothing happened. She only walks away with a bruised reputation here. Can you blame Chulo? This affair took Jan away (both Angie and Mike played a part) and life as Chulo knew it changed and the family unit was destroyed and both parents are erased! ..... so take it easy here on Chulo.

Mike is behind bars where he belongs but the problem for Chulo is Angie is free, really lost nothing here because she still has her husband....which is weird by the way....and she will always be connected to that family in some weird way by the kid. Based on her phone conversations and her courtroom demeanor she is obviously a manipulator and a strong willed woman. She must have some power over men because I can tell you if that was my wife having an affair that caused a man to murder his wife, then had the other man's baby, then continued seeing him after the murder, then continued professing love after the arrest and sweet talking him while he was in prison while she still lived with me! uhhhhhhh where's my big !profanity! boot to kick the (rhymes with witch) to the curb! Seriously is this dude milktoast or what? Kick her out, I think you have a case in domestic relations!
