I feel that they should have kept their mouths shut and they did disclose some info cause they said about frying him so that alone is enough to let anyone what case they are sitting on cause how many trials are going on that are a murder case in Lancaster Co. You would have to be a complete idiot not to know which case they were talking about!! Now you hear that only one juror said undecided in the first count of ballots so I tend to think they all just wanted to get out of there!! Come on a three week trial and all but one juror can figure out all that info in such a short time, did they even have enough time to actually go over all the evidence?? I don't think so a complicated case like this where a man's entire life is on the line no one should be able to make a decision, well a well informed decision so fast!! Another point I'd like make is I've known Mike all my life and he was'nt the type of person too get upset so them listening to the 911 tape should not have made a difference either. He dealt with death every day of his life so he was able to keep his head in crisis, so that makes him a killer, I think not!! I just wsh the police would have followed other scenorios as lenghty and looked at all the possibilites, like Funks husband what was his alibie, where was he when this went down?? Did he have a motive, hell yes his wife was screwing Mike so why not frame him by killing his wife?? I know this type of talk is'nt popular but why did'nt they loook at him?? I mean did'nt they say he only had an hour from when his son left til he called 911 they really think he could kill Jan, which by the way the coroner said took 15-20 minutes, clean up all the blood outside & on himself in the dark, then pull her from the pool and call 911 and talk that calmly in an hour really. That sounds like a whole bunch of stuff to do in an hour. Now if you're waiting for people too leave and Mike go to bed, to sneak up and kill her then leave quietly thats a little easier than Mike do all that in the time line they presented.
The "fry him" comment was made during jury selection, when they were all on the panel you idiot. Point invalidity number one. And two, if you knew Roseboro all your life, and he has his head in "crisis" mode because of his job, how do you know he didn't just maintain that crisis mode and do it with showing no emotion. Also can you ever really be sure you know someone? Anyone remember the Haines family murders a few years back? I live relatively close to the late family, AND kreider, the killer. I knew Kreider, he was in my cousins FCM class in high school, we all knew the kid. Thought he was a weird video gamer type guy, but he wasn't rude or mean to anyone really he kept to himself. We'd known him since grade school. But then, bam we find out he killed a family. So how do you know that you
really knew him? You don't! Because you never really know anybody! You may know them well, but you don't know every intention about another person, and you shouldn't because you obviously can't handle your own emotions enough to worry about someone else's.
