A New Providence man driving a four-wheeler led state police on a high-speed chase through Quarryville and the surrounding area Sunday, police said.

Shortly before 6 p.m., Jarrad Michael Fulgenzi pulled his all-terrain vehicle onto Church Street from a dirt trail, police said.

When troopers attempted to pull him over, he led them on a high-speed chase, police said.

 Charges are pending.

There were 4 wheelers all over the roads down in Philly. My brother said they are everywhere and the cops look the other way.

High speech?
"Stop, Knave. Thou art operating thine vehicle in an exceedingly reckless manner!"
Oh fie on thee gentle officer! Let us have at it in a clamorous manner. Thee with thine banshee wail and I with my unmuzzled juggernaut!"
