CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY: Penn Township police said charges of criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and theft from motor vehicles will be filed Monday against Dustin Hogan, 24, Reinholds, and Daniel Tome, 24, Windsor. The men were found in possession of a navigation system taken from a car being held for auction as they left the Manheim Auto Auction, 1190 Lancaster Road, Thursday at 11:25 p.m. police said.
ASSAULT: Timothy McEachern, 46, East Lampeter Township, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Saturday at his home in the 1500 block of Lincoln Highway East following a domestic disturbance, police said. Police charged him with two counts of domestic simple assault after he struck his wife and his 25-year-old stepson during an argument.
CRASHES: Neil Munro, 17, New Providence, was southbound on Church Road, East Drumore Township, when his car slid into a telephone pole as he tried to turn left onto Solanco Road, state police at Lancaster said. It happened at 7:25 a.m. Saturday.
•Traveling north in the 500 block of Holtzman Road, Dustin Speicher, 23, Robesonia, lost control on a curve, spun on the roadway and struck a tree Saturday at 1:58 a.m., East Cocalico Township police said.
•Traveling south on North Reading Road near Cocalico Creek Road, Xing Pha, 18, of the 1000 block of East Main Street, Blue Ball, lost control when he braked in slow traffic, East Cocalico Township police said. Pha's vehicle slid across the roadway and struck a fire hydrant. A northbound car driven by Floyd Zack 41, Reinholds, then struck the rear corner of Pha's car, police said. It happened at 4 p.m. Friday. Pha was cited for driving at an unsafe speed for conditions, police said.
DUI: Bryan Groff, 48, Quarryville, was stopped at 1:24 a.m. Saturday on Willow Street Pike in Pequea Township and charged with careless driving and driving under the influence, Southern Regional Police said.
Police said Groff, who was driving slowly and weaving, had a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.
•Michael Glenn Wolfe, 23, Quarryville, was arrested for DUI after he crashed his vehicle in the 500 block of Cinder Road, Providence Township, just after 7 p.m., Oct. 9, state police at Lancaster said.
•Phillip N. Cohen, 34, Stevens, was involved in a one-vehicle accident in the 500 block of Lafayette Street at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, police said. He refused to take a blood alcohol content test and was charged with DUI and careless driving, police said.
•Huhn Inge, 70, Lititz, will be charged with driving while intoxicated pending results of a blood alcohol test, Warwick Township police said. Traveling south in 500 block of Crosswinds Drive, Inge drifted into the northbound lane, swerved to avoid a collision, and struck a parked car Saturday at 3:47 p.m., police said. Inge failed field sobriety tests, according to police.
DRINKING CHARGES: Two men were arrested following a traffic stop in the 200 block of West King Street at 1:40 a.m. Friday, police said.
The driver, Logan R. Etzler, 18, Hanover, was charged with underage drinking and issued traffic citations, according to police.
Passenger Antonio Troutman, 20, no address given, was charged with underage drinking and possession of an open container, police said.
DISORDERLY: Jennifer Townsend, 27, and a 14-year-old juvenile, both of Berks County, and Christine Johnson, 22, Ronks, were charged with disorderly conduct for fighting in a parking lot in the first block of Denver Road, East Cocalico Township, Friday at 6 p.m., police said.
BURGLARY: Concrete edging blocks were thrown through glass front doors of Weaver's Store, 1011 Dry Tavern Road, at about 4 a.m. Friday, state police at Ephrata said. Crossbows and crossbow bolts were stolen, police said.
MOTORCYCLE STOLEN: At 9:30 a.m. Friday, a man reported his 1999 Suzuki motorcycle stolen from the 700 block of Beaver Street, police said.
TIRES SLASHED: Sometime between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. Thursday, the rear passenger tire of a vehicle parked in the 800 block of West Vine Street was slashed, police said.
•The rear passenger tire of a vehicle parked in the 100 block of North Ann Street was slashed sometime between 4 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday, police said.
VANDALISM: Garage doors were spray-painted in the 300 block of East Marion Street sometime between 2 a.m. and 3:15 a.m. Saturday, police said.
•The rear window of a home in the 500 block of Howard Avenue was damaged by a shot from a BB gun just before 10:30 a.m. Friday, police said.
TRESPASS: A 16-year-old New Holland girl was arrested at 6:30 a.m. Friday, charged with criminal trespass and committed to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center, New Holland police said.
Last July 6, police said, the girl and several friends entered a borough home while the owners were on vacation and had a party; members of the group later posted MySpace pictures showing them inside the residence.
The girl was arrested at the 200 block of East Jackson Street home where the incident took place, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Jere L. Madonna Jr., 27, Columbia, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Thursday and charged with trying to leave the Kmart store at 3975 Columbia Ave. without paying for a phone card worth $90, West Hempfield Township police said.
WARRANTS: Wanda I. Vazquez, 38, Lancaster, was arrested at 4:33 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of South Duke Street for failure to pay warrants, police said. She paid the warrants and was released, police said.
•Mervin Redcay, 18, was arrested at 7:10 a.m. Friday at the Hollander Motel, 320 E. Main St., New Holland police said.
Redcay, who had been staying at the motel, was committed to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center on a detainer warrant from a previous offense, police said.
