Police today charged a York man with assault in a billiards parlor in Manheim Township, police said.

Tuan H. Dao, 37, was fighting another York man at Dat's Billiards, 113 Butler Ave., on Oct. 10, police said.

During the fight, Dao threw a remote control that hit a 52-year-old Lancaster man in the face, causing an injury that required medical attention, police said.

Dao was charged before District Judge David Miller with two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment and disorderly conduct, police said.
