A White House full of radicals

TO THE EDITORS:

If G. Gerald Beane (Oct. 12 Letters) had been present at the 9/12 March on Washington as I was, instead of perusing a review of over 2,000 photos on Flicker.com, he would have seen a much different picture than the one he portrayed.

It was a peaceful, well-attended protest against a government gone very much astray. A protest, I might add, that was making a point of telling all government officials that we are aware and watching. A great man once said, "Government is like a fire. When controlled it works for your benefit, when not controlled it is a menace."

If you, Mr. Beane, paid attention to Glenn Beck, you would be aware that he is asking reasonable questions of our government officials and practically begs for answers. None of which are forthcoming.

Each and every one of us is known by the company we keep and/or surround ourselves with. Radicals of all types abound in the White House and are taking us down the wrong road to a place that I and millions like me are not willing to go.

Get your head out of the sand, Mr. Beane, and see where your liberty and freedoms are headed.

Better than that, John Boehner held up The Constitution and said he'd like to share some of what it said. He started to read the opening lines of The Declaration of Independence!

Is his nick name "Woody" ?

had the gop picked romney as the nominee or if mccain had the foresight to pick romney instad of some idiot because of gender, the gop would have most likely won given the economic meltdown last september. mccain ddin't pick romney because he is a) much smarter than mccain and romney is not a proper christian. christians could vote for a guy like reagan who never went to church, but romney went to the wrong church and that's the greater sin.LOL i think that guns and abortion are just ploys to get the base excited. in 6 years of total control the gop didn't introduce one piece of legislation that would outlaw or even curb abortion. all the right got was lip service, which is apparently enough. the gop wants that as an issue to get the rubes worked up while their masters systematically loot the country. it's called prestidigitation.
I think the Republicans have decided that the blowback from overturning Roe v Wade would be devastating to them. I'm with you- it's all a farce and they just want to keep dangling the abortion issue out there. It's not reasonable to vote primarily based on this issue.

sorry you are wrong. bush was warned in a briefing that al qaida was planning on attacking us. you can deny all you want, and you can call it hatred to make you feel better about excusemeistering, but the fact is bush was warned and he did nothing.
playing the hate card is for those who have run out of excuses.
it can be proven that bush was warned and he did nothing.
sorry bud, but your boy stayed on vacation and we got hit. had he tried to do something, anything to protect us, that is one thing, but he did nothing.
and this is the guy you make excuses for. good show.LOL
now you can google it and find out, or you can remain ignorant and make hollow excuses, it doesn't matter much to me.
or you can blame me because you don't know the truth, but that is not very honest.
check it out, no need to apologize, it's jsut a mistake on your part.
i understand.

Did the man you called "boy" ignore a PDB entitled Army Psychologist Determined to Strike Ft. Hood? What did you expect him to do? And what do you expect him to say about the "muslim connection"?
