Fire hits Reinholds home

Firefighters responded to a house fire in West Cocalico Township at about 1 a.m. today, Lancaster County Communications reported.

The original call reported a fire on a rear porch at 315 S. Ridge Road, Reinholds, a press release said. Firefighters arrived to find a fire in progress.

Reinholds Fire Company was the first responder and was assisted by Denver Fire Company, Reinholds Ambulance and East Cocalico Township police.

South Ridge Road was closed between Reinholds Road and Pin Oak Drive for a time.
