(54)DISORDERLY CONDUCT
MANHEIM TWP.: Naiym E. Poles, 27, of West Orange Street, Lititz, was arrested Thursday following an incident outside of Pets Plus, 1519 Lititz Pike. Poles got into an argument with his girlfriend in the parking lot, creating a disturbance, police said. He was cited and released.
BART TWP.: Daniel Eldreth, 19, of Quarryville, was charged after he arrived at the home of Cal Waltman Jr., 41, of Paradise and made unreasonable and unwarranted noise, police said.
THEFT
LEOLA: A Motorola Razr cell phone was stolen from Janusz Sienkiewicz, 42, of Falls Church, Va., on Thursday at 193 E. Main St. Loss was valued at $105.
FORGERY
MULTIPLE TWPS.: Jesse L. Johnson, 22, of Christiana, was charged with 14 counts of forgery and theft by deception Friday for spreading counterfeit $20 and $50 bills at markets and roadside stands in Bart, Sadsbury, Salisbury, Paradise and Colerain townships in July and August. He was arraigned and released on $75,000 bail.
HIT AND RUN
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: A car driven by Nelson Allen Koshuta, 51, of Paradise was seen weaving in and out of traffic Thursday in the 2300 block of Lincoln Highway East. When he passed a car driven by Amanda J. Allwein, 25, of Paradise, Koshuta's car struck Allwein's vehicle on the passenger side. Koshuta fled the scene but was apprehended by Lancaster city police on North Franklin Street. He faces numerous traffic related charges.
DRUNK DRIVING
PENN TWP.: Beth Ann Grove, 46, of the 1300 block of Lititz Road, Manheim, was charged with drunk driving after a traffic stop at an undisclosed location.
VANDALISM
LANCASTER: Two windows valued at $700 each were broken in an apartment building at 330 New Holland Avenue on Wednesday.
PENN TWP.: Ryan Miller, 25, of the 800 block of Market Street, York, was charged with criminal mischief on Nov. 13 after he damaged property in the 200 block of Cedar Hollow Drive after an argument with the resident. Damage was set at $100.
PENN TWP.: A mailbox was smashed on Nov. 10 in the 1600 block of Locust Lane. Damage was set at $100.
VEHICLE THEFT
PENN TWP.: A 2008 silver BMW X5 sedan was stolen on Nov. 13 from the Manheim Auto Auction, 1190 Lancaster Road.
PENN TWP.: A black 2003 Jeep Liberty was taken from the Manheim Auto Auction sometime in July.
ASSAULT
PENN TWP.: A 15-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy were charged with aggravated assault after striking a teacher at the Community School West on Newport Road on Nov. 11. They were both sent to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
STRASBURG TWP.: A 1997 Chrysler Sebring driven by Samantha J. Stark, 18, of Ronks, struck a mailbox on Refton Road, Thursday, breaking the side mirror. The car then lost traction on the wet road, went off the left side of the roadway, slid sideways into a lawn and struck a tree on the passenger side.
EPHRATA: Charges are pending against two 14-year-olds after a vehicle driven by one of them crashed in the 100 block of Parkview Heights Road. Both fled the scene but their identities are known.
