Don't be so quick to cut Lancaster down. This area has an amazing system of school programs and professional musicians completely independent of PAM that will still be here when this mess is over.

No one will touch that building until all the debts are satisfied. That building may be "worth" $3-5mil. Far below the $32mil it cost to build.

You should've been with me the other day when I discussed numbers with an artist; immediate glazing over of the eyes, etc. A lot of them really need help in this area and so do these two.

They've retained pro bono legal counsel from the law firm of Dewey, Cheatum and Howe.
They could move the fiddler's picnic indoors.
