Trash haulers beware, Rick Gray's total capitulation to Gib Armstrong over the CC might mean that Gib owes Rick. Gib has, on 2 occasions during the CC saga, rewritten laws that have prompted challenges to his project because he knew full well that the issues raised by those in opposition were valid and with enough merit to result in court losses. He may just do the same thing to the statute in this case. Keep an eye on Gib and make sure that you read any Flag Day proclamations coming out of Harrisburg very carefully.

So far, whenever there has been a legal roadblock to something Sen. Gib Armstrong wanted, he simply re-wrote the law so that which was once illegal is now legal. And Gib Armstrong does owe Rick Gray more than a few favors.
