Seems like it would have been much better to set up one fund for folks to contribute to. With all the problems with fraudulent charitable solicitations, it seems like all of these funds all add to the confusion and may make people reluctant to contribute.
It has a very nice gesture by the insurance company to contribute a half million to their medical care which I am sure will be beyond the ability of the victims families to pay and who do not carry medical insurance.
