I feel for the folks that lost their windows, I've had it happen to myself. Cash out of pocket, really stinks.
Hope they catch whoever was having a smashing good time. I hope they throw the book at then too. They, he / she and the whole gang should have to pay it all back, plus!!!
I really, really hope that the guilty parties one day get the same treatment, then maybe they'll find out, that what goes around, comes around!! No youthful mistake goes unpunished!!
