Isn't it amazing how many bad lawyers there are? I sure do get tired of hearing this same song on every appeal. I know the attorneys involved in this case and they are both good attorney's. This type of appeal has to stop.

Tell me again how capitol punishment is a bad thing.Quick bullit to the head when found guilty and we`re rid of this filth forever........
Hammer
But, Hammer, she didn't actually kill anyone; she just planned it. It's why people like Charlie Manson don't get the death penalty. Scary, isn't it?

I should add that I'm really not in favor of violence begetting violence. But there are two circumstances where I think the death penalty is for the greater good of society. Mass/serial murderers are one. Serial child molesters are another. There are few excuses for both kinds of crimes, IMO, and I'm far too concerned that somehow not giving these kinds of people the fullest extent of punishment just encourages others to attempt similar behavior. Where is the deterrent? How many more must suffer because of these people?
