go to this road, go the speed limit and watch what happens around this turn. i highly doubt you'll have anything to say once you've done that. feel free to comment after you've been to this turn but until then shut you damn mouth. don't talk about things you know nothing about!

Are you out of your mind? What do speed limits have to do with safely navigating curves? NOTHING!

I am sure that no one will argue with the fact that a little extra caution on both sides would have saved Brents life! But it is too late now for what should have been done! A very special young man is dead and there is no one person who is at fault. We all need to stop pointing the finger of blame and just hope and pray that everyone learns a lesson from this very crappy situation! Farmers and "town folk" alike need to be more cautious on public road ways!
Brent you will be greatly missed!

I'm sure he's missed but we're still working on the lesson part. But have a conversation with anyone who does traffic control at construction sites, direct traffic at fire/accident scenes and escorts oversized loads; There's a lot of drivers on the roads who think they can do whatever they want and it's everyone else's responsibility to stay out of their way and keep them safe. I think we need to dispense with that notion where the training of drivers is concerned. And yes, still do what we can to make roadways safer.

grieker you really are a jackass. your input is not valued or agreed on, obviously. all your doing is upseting people that are reading these comments. which if that is your goal i truely feel sorry for you. but nevertheless your opinion has been heard loud and clear. more that once. so get a life. stop being so judgemental and cruel and just stop posting comments on this article all together. it's done.

This is true that there are a lot of drivers that have no respect for other people on the roads but most of that is personality and no amount of training will make them care! And just for the record Brent was not like that. He just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time!
